CAN I SMELL THE PERFUMES BEFORE BUYING? 

Please visit our authorized retailer SUM Deals located in SUM Space, Goshi warehouses, warehouse no. 45 in Al Quoz, Dubai. We have testers for all perfumes at your disposal.

Free standard shipping on all orders.

 

DO YOU OFFER CLICK AND COLLECT ? 

Yes. Please visit our authorized retailer SUM Deals in SUM Space during working hours: Monday to Friday, from 10am to 6pm. The Address is Goshi Warehouses, Warehouse 45 in Al Quoz 3.

Once ordered online, the items will be reserved for a period of 7 days. If the order is not collected within this timeframe, it will be automatically cancelled.

 

WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped within 72 hours from order placement. If in doubt, please contact us. 


DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We do not accept returns or exchanges, except for manufacturer defects. Please consider your purchase carefully.

For any damaged or defective products or items that were incorrectly sent, please contact us with details and pictures of your concerns and we'll gladly resolve any issues.

Please note that all items must be returned unused and in original plastic packaging. If goods returned are not in a re-sellable condition, we may not accept your return.
